If something on this site is factually wrong — a rule, an odds figure, a historical claim — we want to know, and we'll fix it.
How to report an error
Email editorial@northlightarcade.com or use the form on our contact page, choosing "Correction request" as the topic. Please include the page URL and, if you can, what the correct figure or statement should be.
What happens next
- We check the claim against the source we used originally, and against the live game code where the error concerns rules or odds.
- If the report is correct, we update the page and adjust its content directly — we don't leave known errors live while a longer process plays out.
- For a game rules or odds correction, the page's "last updated" date and the game's rules panel are updated together, so the two never disagree with each other.
- We reply to let you know the outcome, whether that's a fix, or an explanation if we don't believe a change is needed.
What we don't do
We don't run a public complaints board or a published corrections log separate from the pages themselves; each page's own "last updated" date is the record of when it last changed. This keeps the process straightforward for a small editorial desk rather than promising a formal process we can't realistically maintain.
Scope
This process covers factual and mathematical accuracy — game rules, payout figures, odds, and evergreen factual claims on guide pages. It doesn't cover requests to change how a game works, add features, or adjust payouts for reasons other than correcting a genuine error.
