Who writes this content

Everything on Northlight Arcade — game rules, paytables, and the guide pages linked from the header and footer — is written and maintained by the Northlight Arcade editorial desk. We don't publish content under invented author names or fabricated credentials.

How a rules page gets built

1. We start from the standard, publicly documented rules and payout structure for that game type — for example, the conventional Sic Bo paytable, or standard poker hand rankings.
2. Where a game is our own invention rather than a traditional one, we design its paytable ourselves and calculate its odds directly, so the maths is exact rather than estimated.
3. Every probability, payout and rule stated on a game page is checked against the code that actually runs the game, so the published rules and the working game can't drift apart.
4. Guide and reference pages are checked for factual accuracy before publishing; where we're not confident a claim is accurate and verifiable, we leave it out rather than guess.

How often content is re-checked

Sources

For traditional game rules and odds (blackjack, roulette-style totals, Sic Bo and similar), we rely on the widely documented, standard rule sets and payout tables used across the industry, cross-checked against the underlying probability maths ourselves rather than copied from a single source. Evergreen factual content (history, terminology, general facts) is only published when it's independently verifiable; where we can't confirm something, we don't include it.
